Contact form and service providers
Contact form submissions are transmitted to HubSpot to manage and respond to enquiries. They are not stored in the Greenlit Lab CMS database. The website also relies on service providers including Vercel for hosting and Supabase for website content, authentication and media storage. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy commitments.
Legal basis and retention
We process contact requests based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
